Granting of a license by the City Council
The building or construction project is the set of documents that define the characteristics of a building and its design before being built, developed by architects, engineers and designers from different specialties.
The project is divided into several phases within which the two most important are the basic project, for the granting of the license by the City Council and the executive project, to be able to start the works.
The content of the projects are expository, descriptive and justifying memories that include the purpose of the work, data of the site, program of needs, adopted solution, applicable urban regulations, surfaces and volumes built, general constructive characteristics and of the chosen materials including plans of site, plants, sections, elevations, foundations and structure, details of schemes and sizing of facilities and, lastly, measurements and budget for work units.
